In 2018, my daughter and son-in-law launched Mindset Therapy. I've been their mentor ever since, supporting them as they scaled it into a global brand reaching over 11 million people. That journey showed me how the strategic frameworks, operational discipline, and leadership principles I honed in the corporate world could accelerate growth for entrepreneurs at any stage.

As the world shifted toward AI, something even more powerful emerged: the ability to help these businesses work smarter, automate what once slowed them down, and scale at a pace that was previously impossible. My mentorship naturally expanded from there. I've guided young founders like the creator of NexLev, who was just 19 when he began building his AI-powered platform. I mentored him as he grew the company to $1M in annual revenue and now launches his second venture.

And he's just one example. Over the years, I've supported friends and entrepreneurs at every stage, helping them navigate strategy, operations, technology, and the mindset required to grow. Today, AI allows us to take those same ideas and scale them exponentially, giving entrepreneurs the leverage they need to compete, innovate, and win in a rapidly changing world.
